Penzi Care Homes has been an absolutely amazing experience for my dad. He moved in about a week ago and since then I’ve seen him well taken care of. Rhoda and her team members are taking so much stress off of me and my family. Since he’s been there, I’ve felt a lot of relief. My brother and I have been updated almost daily on his progress. I can see that even just after a week, my dad is happy and healthy under the care that’s being provided. My mum moved into Penzi Care Home just over a year ago and we have been delighted with the care she has received. Being in her late 90's, we were particularly concerned about the impact of Covid-19, given her underlying health. We have been very impressed with the response of the home, with clear rules put in place and regular communication. All the staff are great and are very helpful. I have worked with Penzi care home for the last 8 months.  I have been to other facilities, and this home is by far the BEST! Residents are treated like family; home cooked meals, clean and well maintained. The staff is caring, compassionate and experienced. My brother Steve is a resident there now. He hasn't had so much love, care & a safe, clean enviroment as Penzi Care Homes provides in decades. Talked to Rhoda when looking for a dear friend that I hadn’t seen in over 20 years. She was very nice and helpful. I will be able talk to my friend later today and I’m so excited I can’t wait. The nurses are very friendly,,they made my grandma's staying there so comfortable.Very peaceful place.I highly recommend the facility.
